I Didn’t Eat Food For 30 Days

Obviously as I stated in the video multiple times don’t try this at home without medical supervision like I had. Also for more context, I have Crohn’s disease (basically my gut has tons of inflammation) and I wanted to give it a break from food to see if that would help reduce inflammation because Crohn’s sucks. I learned a lot about how I can use fasting to reduce my inflammation and I’m glad I did this challenge :)

He seemed so energetic in the chocolate factory I had no idea he was pushing so hard to film it just for us, and a bunch of other videos while fasting. Absolute legend, you have my full respect jimmy

the hardest thing for me was to endure 2 hours, then I didn’t care about food, I was even surprised by this, but probably it’s necessary

The weight that just magically disappears is from breathing. Your breath has tiny water molecules in it, and breathing for a long enough time makes you lose enough water that you can tell a difference in your weight

I know what you're going through man, hope you get closer to being symptom free. I've had crohn's disease since I was 12 (I'm 25 now) and it's been a crazy struggle over the years losing opportunities to do all sorts of activities and even keep my job, and making sure there's always a toilet nearby when I leave the house etc. Personally medicine hasn't been much help for me and I thought of doing a water fast to give my gut a "reset" but it's hard to know what's best and safe. Stay strong

If you ever had a colonoscopy. You fast an entire day, I nearly threw up and felt nauseous the entire day. It’s so hard to believe to go without eating more than a day.
